The faster I can reproduce a bug, the faster I can fix it. Here’s what helps me most when you post one.
What to include
- What were you trying to do? (One sentence is enough.)
- What happened that you didn’t expect?
- Your iPhone or iPad model and your iOS version. You can find this in Settings, then General, then About on your device.
- Your SPEEM version. Find this at the bottom of SPEEM’s Settings screen.
- If you can, a screenshot or a short screen recording. iOS has a built-in recorder in Control Center.
What helps even more
- Can you make it happen again on purpose? If yes, list the exact steps.
- Did it happen once, or every time you try?
- Anything else weird you noticed around the same time, even if you’re not sure it’s related.

iPhone 15 Pro on iOS 18.5, SPEEM 2.5.0.
I had a 3 day streak. I did my daily review this morning, the app showed 4 days. I closed the app and reopened it about an hour later, and the streak was 1. I haven’t missed any days.
I tried it again the next day and the same thing happened. I closed and reopened the app about an hour after the review and the streak dropped from 5 back to 1.

(I still appreciate this kind of post, but I’m going to need to ask you a lot more questions before I can do anything about it.)
Don’t worry about being polished. Even rough notes with a screenshot beat no report at all. Just tell me what you saw.
